How to Make a Booking

We use an on-line Booking System, Hallmaster, for both the Town Hall and the Ridgway Hall which enables clients to see availability, make bookings and see all the details of existing bookings. Use the calendar below to check availability. 

 

Langport Town Hall and Ridgway Hall are managed by Langport Area CIO. To ensure safe, fair, and responsible use of our venues, all hirers must comply with the following documents:

Safeguarding Policy,  

 

By making a booking, all hirers agree to abide by these policies and terms during their hire.Take full responsibility for the safety and welfare of those attending their event.Comply with all relevant legislation and hall regulations.

 

Booking Instructions

 

To make a booking first select the venue you wish to hire from the drop down menu. Then, on the calendar click on the ‘+’ sign on the day you want.  This will open a booking form which you will need to complete in order for a booking request to be sent to our administrator to be processed, (this can take up to 48 hours). Once this has been checked, you will be receive a confirmation email, followed by an invoice. Please make sure that your booking request   and payment are with the Administrator within 5 working days of making the provisional booking.

Whilst we would prefer you used the online booking system, if you are having problems with the system, need advice, or have a question please email admin@landmarklangport.org.uk  and we will do our best to help you.

 

Hall Bookings are managed by team of volunteers. Our booking phone & email are not continuously monitored but we do aim to check all messages and get back to you within 48 hours.
